Hey all! I’ve played my first roulette game at the online casino, and it was great! I didn’t image it to be so much like the real thing. I mean, yea, it’s not exactly like playing at a land-based casino, but it’s great! The graphics are amazing, and they do give a feel of a normal casino (I’ve played the Playtech version of the game). There are many options, with is always a good thing – although at times it can be a bit confusing. Hehe.
I am not a seasoned player, and I visit online casino sites only once in a while, so I don’t have a lot to compare to, but the experience was great. Really, if you are looking for a fun and very authentic time at the online casino, my recommendation to you is to play roulette. My next try will be Craps, and I’ll write you guys some more about it. I am sure there are more people like me, that don’t have extensive gambling experience and would like to hear what a novice player think. Take care!

Roulette History
There are two theories as to the invention of Roulette. Both trace the game to France in the mid 17th Century. One of these theories connects Roulette to a French scientist, Blaise Pascal as the person who invented or improved the game during a "monastic retreat" and played for the first time in a Paris casino. The other theory relates the game to a French monk, saying he created it to relieve the boredom of a monastic life.
Interesting to notice is the fact that such a popular gambling game, if not the most popular was brought to us by the church. Thank God for that.

Roulette
The game of roulette is one of the first to join the world of Web Based Gambling. Many things distinguish the roulette from other casino games such as Blackjack; however, these two games share almost the same popularity when it comes to online casinos.
One of the exceptional things about roulette as a table game is that the table itself is a main part of the game. On one end of the table there is a very large roulette wheel placed horizontally. The hollow of the wheel has pockets numbered from zero to thirty-six (and a "00" in American Style Roulette). Another area of the table is marked with a pattern of boxes and numbers; this is called the game layout. Wagers in Roulette are placed on that area.
A small ball (mostly of ivory or metal) spinning around a wheel that contains thirty-seven slots in the opposite direction is the beginning of playing roulette. When the wheel stops, the ball comes to rest in one of these slots. The gamblers around the table are trying to predict the slot in which the ball will land. By predicting the right number, you earn a payoff on your bet. The pockets in which the ball lands are all of identical size and the pocket partitions are of the same height. The fact that the center and the ball travel in different directions makes it almost impossible to control the result. The ball bounces over various obstacles, depending on the specific wheel design, which further guarantees random selection.
There are different bet options and the size of the payoff depends on how the bet was placed.
Roulette a unique game full of excitement.

Blackjack Switch

Blackjack switch is a variation of blackjack, which allows the player to trade cards between two hands. In the regular blackjack this is a classic cheat. The player must make two bets of equal size and is allowed to switch the second card dealt to each hand.
This costs the player quite a lot. Blackjacks pay even money and if the dealer has 22 the hand results in a push. However it can't be argued that blackjack switch has a special thrill to it. These days the game is played at Playtech web based casinos, it has had a run at the Taj Majal in Atlantic City, and other terrestrial casinos have plans to offer the game in the near future including the Four Queens in Las Vegas.
So prepare yourself for enjoyable and stimulating game where you control the order of the cards.
I recommed this game in my blog casinos games and I hope you like it
